SOCIAL CONSCIOUSNESS

20120211

I have woken up to the Truth that the world is Ugly and False. But to Soul, it is Beautiful and True.

I have been plagued by Social Consciousness 1all my life.

The Wings of consciousness is Soul, the Wind beneath its Wing is God. The Wind is God.

I have grown up with a love for the Wind that was put down by the social forces around me—until I developed a fear of the Wind as it was punishing me often in my childhood.

The Wind of God is not the same thing as the Wind of Society. So it was that I confused the two and lost the wind of spirit that was always with me and within me.

The Wind of Society—of the material, physical world began to suffocate me. One time it was strong enough to make me sick (the wind) when I loved the wind on my face while riding around the block of my neighborhood as fast as I could; and fell ill from pneumonia.

One day, I was walking home from school and a gust of wind was so strong that it suffocated me and fear rushed through me because I felt the presence of Death. I turned my back and walked backwards in order to block the wind from my face.

This symbol was that Society forced me to “walk backwards” because that is how social consciousness does things in life. It does all that it can to block Spirit.

This fear of Wind continued through life. Until today, where I am dealing with it much better than many years past…plagued by two of my favorite yet most hated subjects: Social Consciousness—the Negative Power and Rough Winds of this world.

Yesterday, I finally came to a stalemate. A state that I decided that perhaps is the End Game with my battle with Social Consciousness.

I wrote myself a Love Letter, a plea for help to get rid of this Social Consciousness thing; to ask Soul to teach me tools to transcend it.

After I wrote the letter, things changed.

I went to visit my friend David G at his home in North Hollywood for the first time and he asked me about my plans on publishing my works. I began to go off on a rant on how I felt about the ebook technology that is exploding today and my skepticism about the Negative background work (power and greed) going on behind it. I told him I didn’t want to jump into the “bandwagon” right away, or get carried away with the foolishness of the masses in their herd mentality.

He put it to me straight, “Follow the Mayberry Law and you’d be alright.”

The Mayberry law:

1. Do not encroach on other people’s space.
2. Do what you say you are going to do.

As long as those two basic principles are followed; one cannot go wrong, become unethical or get involved with anything unethical (even if others involved are doing things unethical).

Then later, I had a chance to connect with Dan; a very humble Soul. He has spark, I tell you—edge. He is very soft but also very sharp; not by any means a doormat. You can get over that concept very quickly. But he has a nice balance of the two: soft but very firm.

We chatted a little and I told him that I was plagued by Social Consciousness. I told him that even when I don’t watch TV, News, or hang with the wrong crowd: I still know what’s going on. I pick up on things. My dreams tell me and keep me updated. I have a signal on what’s going on in the world and beyond—and it’s killing me, it’s driving me up the wall.

And then he says to me, “Just focus on what Ji needs to do. Don’t worry about Social Consciousness.”

I told him, “I do try to focus on what Ji needs to do. But I turn left and there is the Wall of Social Consciousness in my face. I turn right, and there is the wall. I turn behind me and it is there again. I go forward and run right into it.”

He says, “I know.” And then he told me a story about the same problem he has at home when he eats lunch with his partner: the CNN, News and politics consume their meal time because his partner watches TV while they eat.

Social Consciousness is the reality, although it is not the true Reality. We all know that. But we cannot get away from it. We cannot walk into it. We cannot get rid of it. We cannot avoid it. We cannot fight it.

This plaguing of the Course Wind against the Wings of Soul is something that torments me, follows me and has been with me all of my life—since the age of Seven.

Until one day, many years later, I read a book, BLACK ELK SPEAKS and read a story about the great Shaman, Black Elk, who feared Thunder. He was plagued by Thunder. He could not escape it. It paused his life.

A wise teacher finally says to him one day, “Your vision is not for yourself.” That was when Black Elk realized that he was a healer, a shaman (a channel for Holy Spirit). He began to share his visions with the community to help them see into the Future, and how to deal with it. They performed ceremonies for those visions. And then the fear of Thunder went away.

This story inspired me, it woke me up to the fact that my fear of Wind was in direct alignment with Social Consciousness; that it was Social Consciousness that was killing Spirit within me or trying to—because Social Consciousness knows that Spirit carries me; through my voice, my thought, my words and my visions (insights) into what this world was about: and the Winds of Society wanted to put me out, to smother my relationship to God.

The Winds of Social Consciousness did the opposite of helping me fly or function as Soul in this world. Its goal was to wipe out all my insights so that I would be blinded by the reality that we all live in: a low course and low grade perception that we are following the orders of Social ideals in order to succeed, survive or attain happiness in life—and although much of it is plagues us, we easily adapt and accept it as Truth.

So we subject ourselves to the lower reality as the greatest reality that life has to offer. We embrace Life or what we perceive it to be so. And when things get bad, we say we can just “let it go and go with the flow,” but that is hindsight. We cannot. We see that always in hindsight. For when we try to go with the flow: we tell ourselves another lie…we say that if we continue to accept life as it is—the problem is not the world—it is US, and that we have a problem; that we’re uptight. So we brainwash ourselves into deeper, deeper engrained social consciousness; to bury the Truth, the Wind of Spirit within us. We lose insight.

But I cannot. That is why I have to See and I have a responsibility to See; knowing full well that my service and purpose in this world is NOT for society. My insights are not for Society to see.

The insights are the Wind of Spirit trying to break through Soul as it lives its life on earth. It wants to carry Soul and with it, it becomes an expression of God among us…among people (among the reality that closes its doors onto our consciousness): to show us that God is Real, through Souls bearing ITS presence in all activities—silently, overtly or modestly— in this world. Whatever channel God must seek—the Wind will break through, and everything in Society, will try to stop it. Realizing Soul—this wind is unstoppable. It cannot be killed. It just gets stronger.

The insight is to say that Wind is among us, it is meant to lift us and to help us realize that we are Soul.

As Soul, the Social Consciousness begins to break down. It is the only thing that Melts the Maya of this world. It is the only way to walk through the invisible Veil that binds us. But it is not easy to do. It is simple but it is hard.

It is simple because the Veil does not exist and it is Social Consciousness that is NOT REAL, yet it is hard to see because the outer reality we live in is Physical: always testing us based on the reality that we touch and feel. Yet those physical experiences are subject to time and are a slave of time. Nothing is permanent or long lasting. It makes us labor, to create and recreate in an endless cycle of labor to hold up a miniature reality that the Social World regards as real.

The only way to transcend is to see the world entirely through the lens of Soul, then the Wind of Spirit lifts it where it needs to go; and all of Life improves because of it. It is a Truth that nobody wants to believe because they think this is impossible and a random state of consciousness.

Freedom from Social Consciousness is possible while living in the human body, while doing things that put us face to face with the concrete wall of mortality and all the harsh events that occur in this world. We cannot lie to ourselves that they are not real. We can reject but we also cannot fight it. We cannot put our efforts into political, social or artistic cause with the injection that we can change or obliterate it. What we can do, no matter what we do: is to see through the eyes of Spirit, and the way to do this, is to allow Soul to take over.

Until Soul is realized, there can be no real change or altering of the Social Consciousness. There cannot be transcendence of any kind. Soul is Total Consciousness, that is all that it knows. That is why it does not concern itself with politics, news, or the crisis of things wrong with this world. It knows that when we inject Soul into our human perception—change happens because the highest intelligence (God) will it and creates the Divine Reality that is right for our world…right for us, and right for all those around us.

But when our minds get trapped in Social Consciousness, we want to fight it off, deny it or acquiesce to it. None of this resolves the problem.

Today, I have come into a new realization; that the plaguing of Social Consciousness is a Gift that I must accept as such. If I decide that I want it to GO away, then I have am asking to no longer See the truth of what’s happening.

Many people in life struggle to find Truth and to see the Truth. But I See it. I see into the Truth of what is happening around us. And ironically, the Truth is found in the ability to see Social Consciousness.

If we do not see Social Consciousness, then we are living under Ignorance. We are following a Map that something designed for us. And that Map is not pretty, it does not lead to heavens that are promised or any place that is desirable. It is the map of bondage that leads to a seductive and intoxicating sense of Happiness…found in discovering the many delightful avenues of Life; always met by pain as a reward. It is this maze that keeps us crazed and happy in our chaotic world. But one day, that maze becomes a puzzle that no one can figure out. So to see the truth means to accept Social Consciousness through insight. And to do this is difficult because it is real yet it is not.

Politics is real yet it is not. Today, the weapon in society is politics—to keep us engrossed in a maze of conflict. To bury us with Social Consciousness. To make us care too much and to waste our efforts into restoring or building things; by making us believe that we are the shapers of change and destiny. But if you look carefully enough: it is a form of bondage to keep you locked into Social Consciousness, to care for social change and humanity—and the truth is, Soul is not responsible for this…and greater change can happen when the world begins to see through the lens of Soul.

The stronger Social Consciousness becomes, the stronger Soul has to become. And that is why we are all going crazy and becoming crazy. We live in a crazed society. The brightest and most talented are crazy. Almost everyone has become fanatical about something. They have all become slaves of their own reality: in thinking that caring about the World, World Peace and great catastrophes and by pouring faith into social change: when Society IS Social Consciousness and it cannot change.

Meanwhile, this is all designed to suffocate the true Winds of Change, and this change belongs to each Soul finally seeing where change really begins…which is to understand what Soul is, and to work through it and allow our consciousness to become a channel and vehicle for it.

Only Soul knows what is best for itself and for the world…because it is guided by a higher faculty. It is a faculty that very few people are able to see, which often is called “Truth” but truth is nothing more than the opposite of Social Consciousness.

To overcome Social Consciousness: is to first See it, and then Truth comes. Truth is insight, but to have it, one must see the reality that is in front of us. Upon seeing it, effort cannot come out of our human consciousness to will things to change—because Man is Imperfect. Only Soul knows how to handle it.

When I realized this, I decided that I do not want to get rid of Social Consciousness. I see it now as a Gift of Insight. This has been given to me, to help lift me out of many years of being plagued by an invisible Wind that suffocated me; all the while not realizing that the true wind that was carrying me was Holy Spirit.

It is within all of us to do Holy Work without speaking of it socially as such. It is okay for Soul to say it, but it is not okay for the Human to feel entitled to it.

This Holy Work is designed in all of us to create with one day.

I now accept that without Social Consciousness, I would be blind. The plague that has followed me has long been a blessing but I was not strong enough to deal with it. I had no teachers and had no teachings to guide me. I had to learn the hard way.

Now I see that without this plague, of this annoying pet project that has been a monkey on my back, in front of me, and on all sides—I had rejected the world I live in by realizing that it is Ugly and False.

I have woken up to the Truth that the world is Ugly and False. But to Soul, it is Beautiful and True.
